damp smell stale air
the location was alright, with bus stops nearby (good for getting around).
The room reeked of damp, stale air probably coming from the carpet and it was unpleasant. I only booked one night to store my luggage (since my flight was at 6 pm).

Adequate Stay with Some Issues
room size entry system empty dispensers dated building
The room was a good size. It included plenty of hooks to hang clothes. The entry system worked well too. I am grateful for this feature.
I noticed weeds outside the hotel. The building looked a bit dated and not very well-kept. Soap dispensers were available but empty. I thought this was quite inconvenient.

the location is good. the staff responded fast. the space for two people is enough. the check-in was not difficult.
the frontage looked uninviting. the front hall was filled with dirty linen, it had a moist, mouldy smell. the room was smaller and more cramped than the photos show. the beds were not comfortable.

convenient location short walk simple code
the location is convenient and i could reach haymarket within a short walk. i found places for breakfast nearby. check-in used a simple code. the room felt comfortable.
i found the frontage looked uninviting which needs improvement.

my room had plenty of hooks to hang up clothes. the bed provided good comfort and the temperature was ideal. the size of the room was appropriate.

The staff responded quickly when i had questions. they also helped with a small adjustment to my check-out time. I appreciated that. i am grateful.

the radiator warmed the room well and it was quiet. a bus stop near the hotel made travelling easy. the entry system worked effectively.
